人造细胞在生物医学领域的应用

摘 要:

人造细胞具有结构简单、参数可控以及生物相容性良好等优势,在生物医学领域展现出广泛的应用前景。当前,人造细胞主要作为药物递送系统在疾病治疗中发挥作用。本文总结了人造细胞在内分泌系统疾病( 糖尿病及高尿酸血症)、循环系统疾病( 高血压及冠心病) 以及免疫系统疾病( 感染性疾病及癌症)等治疗中的研究现状,并对其目前存在的问题以及未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Artificial cells have the advantages of simple structure, controllable parameters, and good biocompatibility, showing a broad application prospect in the biomedical field. Currently, artificial cells mainly play a role as a drug delivery system in the treatment of diseases. This paper summarizes the research status of artificial cells in the treatment of endocrine system diseases (diabetes and hyperuricemia), circulatory system diseases (hypertension and coronary heart disease), and immune system diseases (infectious diseases and cancer). At the end, this paper proposes challenges and future development directions.
