摘　要：摘　要：霍乱毒素(CT)具有很强的黏膜免疫佐剂活性， 是当今研究热点之一， 但CT 的黏膜免疫佐剂效应机理尚未完全弄清。本文主要就霍乱毒素无毒B亚单位(CTB)的黏膜免疫佐剂作用进行综述。

Advance on the immuno-adjuvant of cholera toxin B subunit

Abstract: Abstract: cholera toxin(CT) is an effective adjuvant in mucosal immunity， therefore it becomes the focus in the immunity study. Just now the mechanisms of CT have been not solved. This article reviews the function of cholera toxin B subunit in mucosal immuno-adjutant.
