新发突发重大传染病：发生演变规律、国际防控政策举措与启示

摘　要：

本文总结21 世纪以来新发突发重大传染病的发生演变规律及其内在的驱动因素，梳理新冠疫情后国际社会针对重大传染病所采取的战略规划和政策举措，并对未来我国的重大传染病防控工作提出政策建议。

Major emerging infectious diseases: occurrence and evolution patterns, international prevention and control  policy initiatives, and insights

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the occurrence and evolution of major emerging infectious diseases since the 21st century and its internal driving factors, reviews the strategic planning and policy initiatives taken by the  international community against major infectious diseases after the COVID-19, and puts forward policy recommendations for the prevention and control of major infectious diseases in China in the future.
