斯钙素家族在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的病理意义

摘 要:

斯钙素家族(stanniocalcins, STCs) 包括斯钙素-1 (STC1) 和斯钙素-2 (STC2)。斯钙素家族成员在抗炎、抗氧化、细胞保护和血管新生等方面发挥了重要作用。在消化系统恶性肿瘤中,STCs 受到多方面的调控,通过多种方式促进肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移、免疫逃逸和放化疗抵抗,与肿瘤患者的不良预后密切相关。本文就STCs 的生物学功能及其在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的表达和调控机制以及临床重要性进行综述,并探讨其作为生物标志物和治疗靶点的潜力。

Abstract:

Stanniocalcins (STCs) include stanniocalcin 1 (STC1) and stanniocalcin 2 (STC2). STCs play an important role in anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, cytoprotection, angiogenesis, etc. In digestive system malignant tumors, STCs promote tumor cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis, immune escape and chemoradiotherapy resistance through a variety of ways, and are closely related to the poor prognosis of patients with tumors. In this review, the physiological functions of STCs and their expression, regulatory mechanisms and clinical importance in digestive system malignancies are summarized. The potential of STCs as biomarkers and therapeutic targets will be explored.
