微生理系统发展态势及对策建议

摘 要:

微生理系统属于生命科学与生物技术前沿交叉研究方向,为生命科学、医学研究以及新药研发等带来了新理念、新方法、新工具,显示出巨大发展前景。近年来,生物技术的快速发展以及和不同学科之间的交叉融合渗透,不仅促进了微生理系统领域的更快发展,也拓展了传统的生物医学研究和新药研发体系,推动生物医药创新发展进入新阶段。文章综合分析了国际微生理系统发展新阶段的特征和发展趋势,以及我国该领域的发展现状,在此基础上,提出我国微生理系统发展的对策建议。

Abstract:

Microphysiological system (MPS) is a cutting-edge interdisciplinary research direction of life science and biotechnology, which brings new  concepts, methods and tools for life  science, medical research and new drug development, and shows great  prospect. Recently, the rapid   advancement of biotechnology and cross-fusion with various disciplines have not only facilitated the rapid growth in MPS, but also have expanded the existing model in biological medical research and drug development, propelling the innovation of  biomedicine into a new development stage. This paper delves into the characteristics and growth trends of the new phase of international microphysiological system development and the current state of this field in China. Based on this analysis, policy recommendations for the development of MPS in China are proposed  accordingly.
