中英美三国合成生物学科技规划和产业发展比较分析

摘 要:

合成生物学是新兴的前沿交叉领域,在医药、健康、制造、农业等领域具有广阔的应用前景。中国、英国与美国在战略规划、政策引导、项目布局和产业发展等方面形成了各具特色的协作模式,驱动了该领域的发展。该文比较了中英美三国在科技规划、项目资助与研发中心( 科研基地) 建设、产业发展等方面的模式与特点,从中凝练了对我国合成生物学战略布局的启示,以期为相关决策提供参考。

Abstract:

As a frontier field, synthetic biology is showing its great application potential in medicine, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and so on. China, United States, and United Kingdom have developed their own unique models through a combination of financial support, strategic planning, policy guidance and industrial application, driving the development of this field. This paper compares their models and characteristics in project deployment and planning, R&D center (scientific research base), industrial development, etc., aiming to inspire future development layout of synthetic biology and provide reference for national policy making.
