MyoD相关非编码RNA调控骨骼肌生长发育的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:骨骼肌的生长发育是一个受多种功能性因子调控的精密网络过程,其中MyoD是一种骨骼肌特异性转录因子,能够识别并启动骨骼肌特异基因的转录。非编码RNA是一类具有多种生物功能但不能编码蛋白质的RNA。现就目前与MyoD协同作用,共同参与肌细胞增殖、分化、融合等过程的非编码RNA及其作用机制进行综述,以期为阐明与MyoD相关非编码RNA 的作用机制提供理论参考。

Abstract: Abstract: The growth and development of skeletal muscle is a precise network process regulated by multiple functional factors. The MyoD is a skeletal muscle-specific transcription factor that recognizes and initiates the transcription of skeletal muscle-specific genes. Non-coding RNA is a type of RNA that has multiple biological functions but cannot encode proteins. In this paper, we summarized the functions and mechanisms of non-coding RNAs involved in the proliferation, differentiation and fusion of myocytes, aiming to provide theoretical references for the mechanisms of MyoD-related non-coding RNAs.
