微小RNA-7在脑部的表达调控机制和对生理功能的影响

摘 要:摘 要:微小RNA-7 (microRNA-7, miR-7) 作为微小RNA 家族成员之一,在机体脑部组织中高表达。研究发现,miR-7 与机体脑部组织的发育、功能维持和病理进程密切相关,提示其可能是一个对脑部生理、病理发生过程具有重要作用的新调节分子。该文综述了近年来关于miR-7 在脑部生理发育和功能中的研究进展,以期为阐明以miR-7 为代表的微小RNA 分子在脑部发育和生理功能发展过程中的作用机制,以及为脑部相关临床疾病的诊断、治疗新策略的开发提供帮助。

The expression regulation mechanism of microRNA-7 and its influence on physiological function in the brain

Abstract: Abstract: MicroRNA-7 (miR-7), one of the members of microRNA (miRNA) family, is highly expressed in the brain tissue. Studies have shown that miR-7 is closely related to the physiological development, functional maintenance and pathological process of brain tissue, which suggesting that miR-7 may be a new regulatory molecule that plays an important role in the physiological and pathological process of brain. In this paper, we summarize the research progress on the role of miR-7 in the physiological function and development of brain in recent years, in order to provide help for the elucidation of mechanism of miR-7, a representative member of miRNAs molecules, in the physiological function and development of brain, as well as the development of relatedbrain diseases with new clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.
