FcγRs功能研究及其对疫苗设计策略的启示

摘 要:摘 要:Fcγ 受体(FcγRs) 与免疫球蛋白IgG Fc 的特异作用介导了广谱的免疫学功能,并对天然免疫和适应性免疫产生影响。近些年的研究表明,免疫反应中Fc 与FcγRs 的相互作用是动态调节过程,由IgG 的亚型、IgG Fc 的糖链结构以及免疫细胞FcγRs 的选择性表达决定。IgG 和免疫细胞共同决定了Fc 和FcγRs 结合的细胞特异性。现全面阐述FcγRs 家族分子的生物学功能以及Fc 与FcγRs 的相互作用对疫苗设计策略所产生的深远影响。

Functions of Fcγ receptors and the implications to vaccine design strategies

Abstract: Abstract: The specific interactions between Fc of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and Fcγ receptors (FcγRs) mediate a wide spectrum of immunological functions which influence both innate and adaptive immunities. Recent studies show that IgG Fc-FcγRs interactions are determined dynamically through the Fc-associated glycan structure, IgG subclass and the selective FcγRs expression on the immune cells. Here, we summarized the biological functions of FcγRs. The fully illustration of FcγRs pathways will shed light on vaccine design strategies.
