非编码RNA与心血管疾病的研究进展

摘　要：摘　要：心血管疾病已然成为人类社会的一大困扰，给患者和家人带来巨大的身心痛苦和经济压力。近些年来，非编码蛋白质的RNA 在心血管疾病的诊治方面引起越来越多的关注，并且取得了可观的研究成果。现主要对miRNA、lncRNA 和前沿ncRNA 的研究进展进行剖析，对RNA 疗法的局限性及未来发展前景进行展望。

The research progress of non-coding RNA and cardiovascular disease

Abstract: Abstract: Cardiovascular disease has become a big trouble for our society， and brings the great physical and mental pain to patients and economic burden to their family. In recent years， the non-coding RNA draw more and more attention in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases， and also made considerable achievements. This article mainly focuses on the research progress of miRNA， lncRNA and the frontier ncRNA， and also discusses the limitations of RNA therapy and its future prospects.
