水稻产量性状的功能基因及其应用

摘 要:摘 要:水稻产量是一个复杂的农艺性状,由单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数和粒重三要素决定。自参考基因组序列释放之后,水稻产量的遗传基础研究取得较大进展。产量相关基因图位克隆获得重大突破,一大批产量相关的主效QTL 得到克隆,产量形成的分子机制正在逐步得到解析。同时,相关基因功能标记的创建大大提高了产量定向改良的效率。现综述水稻产量功能基因组研究进展。

Functional genes for grain yield related traits and their application in rice breeding

Abstract: Abstract: Grain yield, a complex trait in rice, is determined by its three component traits: number of panicles, number of grains per panicle and grain weight. Great progress has been made in the genetic basis of rice yield after the release of reference genome sequence. Great breakthrough has been made in map-based cloning of yield related functional genes, a large number of yield related major QTLs have been cloned, and molecular mechanism underlying yield formation is gradually being dissected. Moreover, development of functional markers greatly enhances the efficiency of directional improvement of rice grain yield. Here, we review the research progress of yield functional genomics in rice.
