中药材枸杞子药食同源的机理

摘 要:摘 要:枸杞子含有多种生物活性成分,包括枸杞多糖、枸杞子油、玉米黄素、类胡萝卜素、甜菜碱及类黄酮等,因此具有多种保健功效,是卫生部批准的药食同源的中药材。现代医学发现枸杞子具有调节免疫,抗炎,保护细胞、血管、神经,以及抗衰老和抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。枸杞多糖是诸多药理功效的主要活性成分,其他成分如甜菜碱、枸杞子油等也有很好的生理作用。深入研究枸杞子活性成分的作用机理有助于为我国其他中药材的研发利用提供宝贵经验。

The pharmacological mechanism of Gouqizi as herbal medicine as well as food

Abstract: Abstract: Gouqizi (Lycium barbarum, Wolfberry) contains many bioactive components, including polysaccharides, Gouqizi oil, zeaxanthin, carotene, betaine and flavonoid. It posseses multiple health promoting functions and is approved by the Ministry of Heath as a Chinese herb which is herbal medicine as well as food. Modern medicine has discovered that Gouqizi exhibits multiple pharmacological effects including immunomodulatory, anti inflammatory,anti-aging and anti-tumor effects. It also protects cells, blood vessels and neurons. Among the various pharmacological effects, polysaccharide plays a major role. Betaine and Gouqizi oil also exhibit very good physiological effects. In-depth investigation into the components and mechanism of action of Gouqizi will be useful in guiding the research of other herbal medicine in China.
