共刺激分子与宫颈癌相关性的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:共刺激分子是T细胞激活的第二信号,有促进T细胞生长、分化和细胞因子产生的正调控分子,也包括诱导和维持T细胞免疫耐受以至凋亡的负调控分子。将从这两方面对共刺激分子在肿瘤免疫,尤其在宫颈癌中的相关研究方面进行综述。

The advances of costimulatory molecules and cervical cancer

Abstract: Abstract: Costimulatory molecules are the second signal for the activation of T cell. These costimulatory molecules not only provide critical positive signals that stimulate T cell growth, promote T cell differentiation and up-regulate cytokine production, but also contribute key negative signals that induce and maintain T cell immune tolerance, even to apoptosis. This article reviews the advances of costimulatory molecules in the tumor immunity, especially in the cervical cancer.
