病毒利用UPP逃避抗病毒反应的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:泛素-蛋白酶体途径是溶酶体外蛋白降解的主要系统,在许多细胞功能中发挥重要作用。越来越多的证据表明病毒参与泛素-蛋白酶体途径,干扰IFN信号通路和免疫受体表达、凋亡抑制及介导病毒潜伏。深入理解病毒利用泛素-蛋白酶体途径逃避宿主抗病毒反应的策略,有助于揭示病毒的致病机理和鉴定抗病毒药物新靶标。

Research progress in the UPP used by viruses to escape antivirus response

Abstract: Abstract: The ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP), a major intracellular system for extralysosomal protein degradation, plays an important role in a wide variety of cellular functions.More and more evidences indicate that viruses are involved in the UPP for interfering with IFN signalling pathways and expression of  immunoreceptors, apoptosis suppression and mediating viral latency. A better understanding of the strategies used by viruses for evading antivirus response offers an immense opportunity not only to reveal the mechanism of viral pathogenesis, but also to identify novel molecular targets for developing antiviral reagents.Therefore, the latest progress in the UPP used by viruses to escape antivirus response are reviewed in the paper.
