摘 要:摘 要:RNA编辑产生RNA和蛋白质多样性。最近研究表明,RNA编辑在抗体多样性、病毒应答、剪接调节和miRNA调节方面发挥重要作用,并且越来越多的证据表明,RNA编辑与脑发育和神经性疾病的发生有关。因此,深入理解RNA编辑的功能有望促进我们理解这一与疾病诊断和治疗有关的有趣机制。

Progress in the functions of RNA editing

Abstract: Abstract: RNA editing generates RNA and protein diversity. Recent research highlights that RNA editing plays important roles in antibody diversification,viral response, splicing regulation and miRNA regulation. And increasing evidence suggests that RNA editing is involved in the development of the brain and the pathogenesis of neurological diseases. Therefore, better understanding the functions of RNA editing is expected to increase our understanding of this intriguing mechanism which is endowed with diagnostic and therapeutic implications.
