PPARb在中枢神经系统中的作用研究进展

摘　要：摘　要：PPAR b是配体活化的核转录因子，属核受体超家族成员。PPARb在哺乳动物体内表达十分丰富，目前对PPAR b的研究比较少，但现有的研究表明PPARb可能参与了机体多种生理和病理过程。本文将对PPARb的生物学特征及其在中枢神经系统中的意义作一综述。

Research progress on the role of PPARb in the central nervous system

Abstract: Abstract: PPARb is a ligand activated nuclear transcription factor which belongs to  nuclear receptor superfamily. PPARb is expressed abundantly in mammal. Published studies have shown that PPARb may be involved in the physiological and pathological process although the studies on PPARb are limited at present. Here we review the biological characteristics of PPARb and its function in central nervous system.
