G蛋白偶联受体激活的单分子研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:G蛋白偶联受体是体内最大的受体超家族,它们参与调节生物体内多种生理功能与病理过程。G蛋白偶联受体的分子内构象变化与G蛋白的偶联以及受体的二聚化等是G蛋白偶联受体激活的重要基本过程。借助于单分子研究手段,在G蛋白偶联受体激活方面取得了重要进展。本文将就这些方面进行简要的综述。

Progress of single-molecule detection of G protein-coupled receptor activation

Abstract: Abstract: G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) which constitute the largest superfamily of receptors in human genome, regulate a variety of physiological functions and pathological processes. The changes of intramolecular conformation of GPCRs, their coupling to G-protein and receptor dimerization represent the basic respects in GPCRs activation. Benefited from the improvement of single-molecule detection techniques, significant progresses are achieved in the studies of this field, which will be briefly reviewed here.
