肺癌转移抑制相关基因研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:肺癌是发病率和死亡率增长最快、对人类健康威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一。侵袭转移是肺癌患者死亡的首要原因。研究表明,在肺癌中发挥转移抑制作用的相关基因主要有nm23、KAI1、TIMP、Cadherin以及MRP-1等。本文对近年来这些基因的研究进展及其对肺癌侵袭转移的抑制作用作一综述

Recent advances on metastasis suppressor related genes of lung cancer

Abstract: Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the most malignant cancers threatening human health and life. It is also the most rapid increasing cancer both in mobidity and mortality. Invasion and metastasis of lung cancer is the primary cause of patient death. Researches show that genes of nm23, KAI1, TIMP, Cadherin, MRP-1 have played a major role in metastasis suppressing of lung cancer. In this review, we summarized the recent research progresses on the functions of these genes and their relations with invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.
