蛋白质翻译后修饰及定位对p53活性的调节作用

摘　要：摘　要：抑癌蛋白p53具有转录激活作用，在细胞应激条件下激活一系列下游靶分子蛋白，发挥其调节细胞周期、细胞凋亡及DNA修复的功能。本文着重叙述了磷酸化、泛素化、乙酰化等不同的翻译后修饰及定位调控与p53活性调节之间的关系、特点和作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Tumor suppressor p53 is a transcriptional activator that regulates cell cycle, apoptosis and DNA repair when cell sense stress stimuli. In this review, we summarize our current knowledge of the relationship, character and function of post-translational modifications and localization of p53 activity.
