人胚胎干细胞培养系统的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:人胚胎干细胞(hESC)具有永久的自我更新和多潜能分化能力,可在一定条件下定向分化为三个胚层的各种细胞。这些特性使其在再生医学(细胞治疗)、药物筛选及早期胚胎发育研究中具有重要的应用前景;但人胚胎干细胞培养系统中大量的动物源性物质和复杂的未知成份大大阻碍了其医学应用价值,所以建立一个没有动物源物质、成份确定的人胚胎干细胞培养系统是非常重要的。本文简要介绍了为适应hESC临床应用和基础研究的需要,改良其培养系统的研究进展。

Progress on the culture of human embryonic stem cells

Abstract: Abstract: Human embryonic stem cells (hESC) are self-renew unlimitedly and pluripotent, they have an ability to differentiate to multiple cell types representing all primitive embryonic germ layers: ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm under appropriate conditions. These properties imply great potential in regenerative medicine (cell therapy), drug screening, and developmental studies. However, the medical application of hESCs is hampered by many animal products in the culture medium and/or the complexity of conditions required for hESC growth. Therefore, it is important to establish a defined medium without animal products. This review summarizes the progress on the culture of hESC for clinical use and studies.
