摘 要:摘 要:酵母双杂交系统自出现以来,广泛用于研究蛋白质之间的相互作用,它是一种具有高灵敏度的研究蛋白质之间关系的技术。在酵母双杂交系统基础上发展的酵母三杂交系统将应用范围扩展到蛋白质-蛋白质、蛋白质-RNA、蛋白质-小分子化合物等更广阔的研究领域。本文着重介绍酵母三杂交系统的原理、应用及局限性。

Abstract: Abstract: The yeast two-hybrid system is widely employed in genetic screening and detecting protein杙rotein interactions. The yeast three-hybrid system, based on the yeast two-hybrid system, can be applied to much broader areas for detection of interactions between protein-protein、protein-RNA and protein-small ligand.This minireview deals with the principle, application, and shortcoming of the yeast three-hybrid system.
