摘 要：摘 要：乙肝病毒蛋白结构和功能是当前研究乙肝病毒的热点之一。HBV多聚酶的末端蛋白在病毒复制过程中起重要作用，主要包括前基因组RNA包装和DNA合成的蛋白引发等, 并可抑制细胞对干扰素的反应。本文综述了乙肝病毒多聚酶末端蛋白的结构和功能, 还比较了乙肝病毒与逆转录病毒多聚酶结构和功能的异同。

Abstract: Abstract: The structure and function of hepatitis B viral proteins have been the essence in the current research of hepatitis B virus. The terminal protein plays a key role in the packaging of pgRNA and the protein-primed reaction of DNA synthesis in viral replication. Besides, the terminal protein has also been shown to inhibit host cellular response to interferon. In this review, the structure and function of the polymerase terminal protein domain, and the relationship of this protein with other domains, especially the reverse transcriptase domain are presented.
