摘 要：摘 要：蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B, PKB)是细胞信号传导过程中的一个重要的中间体。在过去10多年的研究中,发现它不仅参与调节细胞糖代谢、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡，而且与糖尿病和癌症的发生也有关。目前PKB的相关调控机制还未得到完全阐明。在此，作者谨就PKB的一些研究进展作一介绍。

Abstract: Abstract: The protein kinase B (PKB) is thought to be a key mediator of signal transduction processes. In the past ten years, PKB was found not only involved in the regulation of cellular glucose metabolism, cell proliferation and apoptosis, but also implicated in the onset of diabetes and cancer. But the mechanism of PKB regulation has not been fully elucidated. In this review, we discussed briefly the current progress in this area.
