Abstract: Abstract: Transcription factor Sox2 is a member of sox gene family, because of its pivotal function in diverse important developmental processes such as early embryogenesis, neural differentiation and lens development, broad attention has arisen. In this review, we focus on recent advances in the studies of mouse sox2 gene.
