hnRNPC在疾病中的功能机制研究进展

摘 要:

hnRNPC 是异质核糖核蛋白(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins, hnRNPs) 家族中一类重要的
RNA 结合蛋白(RNA binding proteins, RBPs),参与pre-mRNA 剪接、mRNA 稳定、翻译及定位等过程。hnRNPC在高等真核生物中广泛存在,其表达水平可能与疾病进展及预后密切相关。进一步研究发现,hnRNPC 主要通过m6A 途径稳定mRNA,调控肿瘤相关lncRNA 促进肿瘤进展,发挥其生物学功能。本文总结了hnRNPC 的结构、功能及其在疾病中发挥的作用,探讨了其临床意义,旨在为相关疾病的预防和治疗提供新靶点。

Abstract:

hnRNPC is one of the significant RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) within the heterogeneous nuclear
ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) family, which is involved in processes such as pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA stabilization, translation, and localization. It is widely present in higher eukaryotes, and its expression levels may be closely related to disease progression and prognosis. Further research has revealed that hnRNPC primarily stabilizes mRNA through the m6A pathway and participates in the regulation of tumor-associated lncRNA to promote tumor progression, thereby exerting its biological functions. This article summarizes the structure and functions of hnRNPC and its role in diseases, and explores its clinical significance, aiming to provide new targets for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
