摘　要：摘　要：垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide, PACAP)，是一种新发现的神经肽，具有多种生物活性。本文主要就PACAP的分子结构和基因组成、组织器官分布及其生物学功能作一综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Pituitary adenylate cyclase activating?polypeptide(PACAP) was a new discovered nerve peptide,which had manifold biological activities.Molecular structure, gene constitute, organizational apparatus distributing and biological function of PACAP were summarized in this article.
