摘 要：摘 要：腺病毒作为一种重要的基因转移载体，在应用中存在着靶向性差的问题。本文从感染机制入手，改造腺病毒衣壳蛋白，使其专一地靶向目的细胞上的受体，综述了腺病毒的感染水平，目前的靶向性研究进展。

Abstract: Abstract: As an important gene transfer vector, adenovirus has the deficiency of poor targeting. Here we review the researches on targeting to desired cells in the process of adenoviral infection, namely modifying the capsid proteins of adenovirus to direct it to bind to the specific cell receptors.
