Piezo1在肌肉组织中作用的研究进展
摘 要:
Piezo1 作为机械传感器,在肌肉发育的生理过程中起着关键作用,并参与了肌肉相关疾病过程。Piezo1 影响相关肌肉细胞的动作电位频率、细胞体积和细胞的收缩能力,而且Piezo1 表达异常可能引起心血管疾病、早产和肺动脉高压等疾病,可见其在肌肉组织中的重要生理作用。迄今为止,关于Piezo1 对肌肉组织的调控作用及其机制的系统阐述尚不多见,先前对Piezo1 的综述多集中在心血管系统中,对肌肉组织及相关疾病的阐述较少。鉴于Piezo1 在维持体内生理稳态和肌肉组织疾病发展中的重要作用,本文对Piezo1 在骨骼肌、心肌和平滑肌中的潜在作用进行综述,以期为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:
Piezo1, as a mechanical sensor, plays a key role in the physiological processes of muscle development and is involved in muscle-related disease. Piezo1 can affect the action potential frequency, cell volume, and contractile capacity of muscle cells. Moreover, abnormal expression of Piezo1 may lead to diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, preterm birth, and pulmonary hypertension. Therefore, it can be determined that Piezo1 plays a crucial physiological role in muscle tissue. To date, systematic elaborations on the regulatory role and mechanisms of Piezo1 in muscle tissue are still relatively scarce. Previous reviews on Piezo1 have mostly focused on the cardiovascular system, with relatively little elaboration on muscle tissue and related diseases. Given the significant role Piezo1 plays in maintaining physiological homeostasis and in the development of muscle tissue diseases, we review the potential roles of Piezo1 in skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, and smooth muscle, aiming to provide new insights for the treatment of related diseases.
