5-羟色胺调控秀丽隐杆线虫和植物寄生线虫摄食行为的研究进展
摘 要:
摄食是所有线虫维持个体生存的基本行为。5- 羟色胺是调节线虫摄食行为的重要神经递质之一。本文对模式生物秀丽隐杆线虫和植物寄生线虫的取食结构与摄食行为、线虫体内5- 羟色胺的合成途径、5-羟色胺能神经元的分布、5- 羟色胺受体及其信号转导途径等研究进展进行了综述,并对未来靶向5- 羟色胺通路新型杀线虫剂的研究方向作出了展望,以期为线虫综合防控提供新的思路和方案。

Abstract:
Feeding is one of the most fundamental behavior essential for nematode survival, and it is regulated by the crucial neurotransmitter serotonin (5-HT). This review summarized the feeding structures and behaviors of both the model nematode Caenorhabditis elegans and plant- parasitic nematodes, the 5-HT biosynthesis pathway, the distribution of serotonergic neurons, 5-HT receptors, and the 5-HT signaling pathways in nematodes. Furthermore, we prospect the future research directions of novel nematicides that target 5-HT signaling pathway, which provide new ideas and strategies for integrated nematode management (INM).
