JNK信号通路在肝细胞癌中的调控作用
摘 要:
肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC) 作为原发性肝癌的主要类型, 占据肝癌病例总数的九成以上,具有较高致死率。c-Jun 氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase, JNK) 信号通路作为丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase, MAPK) 信号通路的关键分支,在生物学调控中扮演至关重要的角色。本文综述了JNK 信号通路的结构特征及其在HCC 细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、迁移等多个阶段的调控作用,阐明JNK 与其他信号通路的协同作用及其在HCC 药物开发中的最新研究进展,以期为JNK 通路在HCC 治疗中的应用提供新的思路与参考。

Abstract:
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), as the main type of primary liver cancer, accounts for more than ninety percent of the total number of liver cancer cases and has a high mortality rate. As a key branch of the mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway plays a crucial role in biological regulation. In this review, we review the structural characteristics of JNK signaling pathway and its regulatory role in the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, migration and other stages of HCC cells, and elucidate the synergistic effect of JNK with other signaling pathways and the latest research progress in HCC drug development, in order to provide ideas and references for JNK pathway in the treatment of HCC.
