摘 要:

N7- 甲基鸟苷(N7-methylguanosine, m7G) 甲基化修饰是一种常见的RNA 转录后修饰,广泛存在于mRNA、tRNA、rRNA 和miRNA 中,影响RNA 分子的加工和代谢,参与调控人体多种生理和病理功能。越来越多的研究发现,m7G 甲基化修饰的异常表达与多种癌症的发生发展有关。m7G 修饰通过参与调控多个原癌基因和抑癌基因的表达,进而影响肿瘤的增殖、凋亡和侵袭等生物学行为,并与肿瘤微环境和肿瘤耐药性相关。本文通过综述m7G 修饰的生物学功能和相关调节蛋白的作用,总结m7G 修饰在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的最新研究进展,以期为相关研究与肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract:

N7-methylguanosine (m7G) methylation is a common post-transcriptional modification of RNA, usually located in mRNA, tRNA, rRNA, and miRNA, affecting the  processing and metabolism of RNA molecules. It is
involved in regulating various physiological and  pathological functions of the human body. More and more studies have found that abnormal m7G methylation modification is related to the occurrence and development of various cancers. m7G modification is involved in regulating the expression of multiple proto-oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes, thereby affecting the biological behaviors of tumor proliferation, apoptosis and invasion, and is related to tumor microenvironment and tumor drug resistance. By reviewing the biological function of m7G modification and the role of related regulatory proteins, this paper summarizes the molecular mechanisms of m7G modification in the occurrence and development of tumors and the latest research progress in tumor therapy, aiming to provide new ideas for the related research and the treatment of tumors.
