神经细胞初级纤毛在精神疾病中作用的研究进展
摘 要:
初级纤毛是存在于大多数哺乳动物细胞表面的微管结构细胞器,主要由基体、轴丝、纤毛膜及纤毛基质构成。作为细胞的重要信号转导装置,神经细胞初级纤毛参与调控神经发育、神经元活动、感官功能和生物节律等生理过程,与多种精神疾病的发病密切相关。本文总结了神经细胞初级纤毛的多种生理功能,特别强调其在成熟神经系统中的调控作用,讨论了初级纤毛在睡眠障碍、精神分裂症、孤独症谱系障碍、焦虑障碍及抑郁障碍等精神疾病中的作用。这为理解精神疾病的病理生理机制提供了新的视角,有望为精神疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract:
Primary cilia (PC) are microtubule-based organelles present on the surface of most mammalian cells, primarily composed of the basal body, axoneme, ciliary membrane, and ciliary matrix. As crucial cellular signaling devices, PC in neural cells participate in regulating various physiological processes, including neural development,
neuronal activity, sensory functions, and biological rhythm, and are closely associated with the pathogenesis of several psychiatric disorders. This article reviews the diverse physiological functions of PC in neural cells, particularly emphasizing their regulatory roles in the mature nervous system. It discusses the involvement of PC in the pathophysiology of sleep disorders, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety disorder and depression disorder. This review provides new insights into the pathophysiological mechanisms of psychiatric disorders and holds promise for new approaches to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of these conditions.
