摘 要:

DNA 条形码技术在物种鉴定中具有快速、高效和操作简单的特点。鱼类是动物类群生物多样性的重要组成部分,分布广泛,种类丰富,不仅具有丰富的营养价值,而且在生态保护中发挥着重要作用。目前,DNA 条形码技术已经广泛应用于鱼类种类的鉴定、鱼类多样性、系统进化、亲缘生物地理学、濒危鱼类物种保护、防止外来鱼类物种入侵等方面的研究。本文主要综述了DNA 条形码技术在鱼类领域中的最新研究进展,以期为鱼类资源的保护和合理利用及DNA 条形码技术在鱼类生物学和保护生物学领域的应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:

DNA barcoding technique possesses characteristics of being rapid, efficient and simple operation in species classification and identification. Fish are a vital component of animal biodiversity, with a wide distribution and abundant species. They not only possess rich nutritional value, but also play an important role in ecological protection. Currently, DNA barcoding technique has been widely applied in various aspects of fish research, including species identification, fish diversity, systematic evolution, phylogeography, protection of endangered fish species, prevention of alien fish species invasion and other research aspects. This study mainly summarizes the new research progress of DNA barcoding technique in fish, in order to provide reference for the protection and rational utilization of fish resources and the utilization of DNA barcoding technique in fish biology and conservation biology.
