摘 要:

IL-15 作为白细胞介素家族中的重要成员,以往被认为在免疫系统和循环系统中发挥关键作用。近期研究揭示了IL-15 在骨骼肌及骨代谢中的重要作用,并表明其与骨科疾病的潜在联系。有关IL-15 在运动器官中发挥生理功能,调节骨骼肌代谢的报道较为丰富,而其调控骨组织作用的研究报道较为分散且割裂。因此,本文旨在重点概述IL-15 在骨代谢中的生理作用及机制,并结合其与骨骼肌及相关疾病的联系,尝试推测IL-15 的作用特征,以期为骨组织健康和疾病预防的相关研究提供一定参考。

Abstract:

IL-15, an important member of the interleukin family, was previously recognized as playing a key role in the immune and circulatory systems. Recent studies have revealed the important role of IL-15 in skeletal muscle and bone metabolism, and have shown its potential link to orthopedic diseases. Reports on the physiological functions of IL-15 in locomotor organs to regulate skeletal muscle metabolism are common, whereas reports on its role in regulating bone tissue are sparse. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to focus on outlining the physiological roles and mechanisms of IL-15 in bone metabolism, and try to speculate the role characteristics of IL-15 based on the association of IL-15 with skeletal muscle and related diseases. We hope this will provide some references for the research related to bone tissue health and disease prevention.
