Abstract:

Metabolic disorders significantly increase the risk of metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes,
hypertension, fatty liver disease, and sarcopenia. With the improvement of the quality of life, the incidence of metabolic diseases is increasing, which seriously endangers human health. Exercise can improve the metabolic health of the whole body and is the main means for the treatment of metabolic diseases. However, the systemic regulation of exercise on the whole body is complex. The development of lipidomic technologies provides new methods for the study of exercise-related biological networks. Therefore, exploring the effects of exercise on lipid metabolism in metabolic diseases based on lipidomics can provide new ideas for biomarkers and biological targets to predict, diagnose and treat metabolic diseases.
