整合素家族活化肝星状细胞的研究进展:抗肝纤维化的新靶点

摘 要:

肝纤维化是肝脏对各种慢性刺激做出的修复性反应,以大量细胞外基质在肝内沉积为特征。寻找肝纤维发生发展的关键靶点可为后续治疗肝纤维化提供有力依据。整合素是一种异二聚体细胞膜蛋白,其介导的细胞与胞外环境的相互作用调节多种生理和病理过程。越来越多证据表明,整合素介导的信号转导在多种慢性疾病,尤其是肝脏纤维化中发挥了关键的作用。现就整合素家族的特性进行简要概述,并重点关注其在活化肝星状细胞或调节肝纤维化发生发展中的具体机制。

Research progress on integrins activating hepatic stellate cells: novel targets for anti-liver fibrosis

Abstract:

Liver fibrosis is a reparative response of the liver to various chronic stimuli, characterized by the deposition of a large amount of extracellular matrix within the liver. Identifying key targets in the occurrence and progression of liver fibrosis can provide a strong basis for subsequent therapeutic interventions. Integrins are a type of heterodimeric cell membrane proteins that mediate the interaction between cells and the extracellular environment to regulate various physiological and pathological processes. Increasing evidence suggests that integrin-mediated signaling plays a crucial role in multiple chronic diseases, particularly in liver fibrosis. This brief overview focuses on the characteristics of the integrin family and specifically highlights its involvement in the activation of hepatic stellate cells and the regulation of liver fibrosis occurrence and progression.
