摘 要:

B 细胞淋巴瘤6 (B-cell lymphoma 6, BCL6) 是一种转录抑制因子,属于BTB/POZ (broad-complex, tramtrack and bric-à-brac/poxvirus and zinc finger) 锌指转录因子家族。它在生发中心(germinal centers, GCs)的形成和维持以及抗体亲和力的成熟过程中扮演着不可或缺的角色。BCL6 异常激活通过抑制DNA 损伤、细胞周期以及凋亡相关蛋白基因转录从而促进多种肿瘤的发生发展,并与这些肿瘤预后不良相关。多项研究表明通过靶向抑制或降解BCL6 可有效遏制肿瘤生长,有望为这些肿瘤提供新的治疗手段。本文就BCL6功能、调节剂类别及其在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

B-cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) is a transcriptional repressor belonging to the zinc finger transcription factor family of BTB/POZ (broad-complex, tramtrack and bric-à-brac / poxvirus and zinc finger). It plays an indispensable role in the formation and maintenance of germinal centers (GCs) as well as in the process of antibody affinity maturation. Abnormal activation of BCL6 accelerates the occurrence and development of various tumors by suppressing the gene transcription of DNA damage, cell cycle, and apoptosis-related proteins, which is associated with the poor prognosis of these tumors. Multiple studies have shown that the targeted inhibition or degradation of BCL6 effectively suppresses tumor growth, potentially providing new therapeutic approaches for these tumors. This article reviews the research progress on the functions of BCL6 and the classification of BCL6 modulators in tumors.
