生物信息学与生物制造:论生物大数据及其数据挖掘在生物制造中的重要性

Abstract:
Bioinformatics plays a pivotal role in biomanufacturing and has become a key engine for the development of biotechnology. This discipline provides profound biological system analysis and accurate data support by analyzing massive amounts of biological data. In the process of biomanufacturing, these valuable data and analysis results are transformed into practical applications to promote the development and innovation of biological products. Especially in the field of biological big data and biological data mining, the rapid development of technology and the continuous growth of data resources have provided a huge impetus for biomanufacturing. Through in-depth mining and analysis of biological data, we can more comprehensively understand the complexity of biological systems and then design more efficient, accurate and sustainable biomanufacturing processes. This will not only help improve the efficiency and quality of biomanufacturing, but also promote the formation of new quality productivity and inject new vitality into the development of the bioeconomy. Looking to the future, the application of bioinformatics in the field of biomanufacturing will continue to expand and deepen, providing strong scientific support and technical means to solve global health, energy and environmental problems. The close combination of bioinformatics and biomanufacturing will inject new impetus into the sustainable development of the biotechnology industry.
