核定位信号肽用于基因转移的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:核定位信号(nuclear localization signal,NLS)是一段富含Arg、Lys的氨基酸序列,它存在于真核细胞核蛋白和病毒蛋白中,并具有引导它们趋向定位核区的功能。近年来发展的利用含核定位信号肽的非病毒载体为基因转移提供了一个崭新的途径。

Progress in utilizing nuclear localization signal peptides in gene transfer

Abstract: Abstract: Nuclear localization signal (NLS) is a stretch of peptide, which is abundant in Arginine and Lysine.  Eukaryotic nuclear proteins and viral proteins contain NLSs, which specifially direct the complex to the nucleus.  Utilization of none-viral vectors containing NLSs peptides has provided a new approach for gene transfer recently.
