LncRNA在炎症性肠病中的作用及植物化学物干预的研究进展

摘 要:

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases, IBD) 是一种慢性、复发性胃肠道疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC) 和克罗恩病(Crohn's disease, CD) 两种类型。研究表明,以长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA) 为代表的表观遗传因素在IBD 发病中具有重要作用。植物化学物是从天然植物中分离提取的非传统营养素成分,具有易得、低毒等特点。多种植物化学物已被证实在炎症性肠病中具有保护作用。该文就IBD 发病机制及lncRNA 参与调控IBD 的研究进展进行系统论述,并探讨植物化学物抑制IBD 的可能机制,以期为植物化学物靶向lncRNA 改善IBD 提供理论依据。

The research progress of lncRNA in inflammatory bowel disease and phytochemical intervention

Abstract:

Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are chronic, relapsing disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, which are represented mainly by ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). Studies have shown that epigenetic factors represented by long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) play an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD. Phytochemicals are non-traditional nutrient components isolated and extracted from natural plants, characterized by easy availability and low toxicity. Some phytochemicals have been identified to have a protective role in IBD. In this paper, we systematically discuss the pathogenesis of IBD and the progress of research on the role of lncRNA in the regulation of IBD, and explore the possible mechanisms of phytochemicals inhibiting IBD, and thus providing theoretical basis for phytochemicals in the improvement of IBD by targeting lncRNA.
