支链氨基酸代谢在癌症中作用的研究进展

摘 要:

支链氨基酸(branched-chain amino acids, BCAA) 在癌症中的代谢异常现象引起了广泛关注。支链氨基酸包括亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸,它们不仅是构建蛋白质的基本元素,还在癌症进展中扮演关键角色。大量研究发现BCAA 代谢途径中的相关代谢酶和所产生的代谢产物在肿瘤发生发展过程中起到调节作用,并影响着肿瘤表观修饰及免疫应答。关于BCAA 及其代谢物在肿瘤调控方面的研究,已有一些原创性结果发表,但整体上还缺乏系统性的综述。因此,本文就BCAA 代谢在肿瘤细胞中的调控方式及如何影响肿瘤发展展开论述,为进一步开展联合肿瘤靶向疗法提供理论基础。

Research progress on branched-chain amino acid metabolism in cancer

Abstract:

The abnormal metabolism of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in cancer has attracted lots of attention. BCAAs include leucine, isoleucine and valine, which are not only fundamental protein constituents, but also play critical roles in cancer progression. Numerous studies have found that the metabolic enzymes and metabolites in the BCAAs metabolic pathway play regulatory roles in tumorigenesis and development, and influence tumor epigenetic modification and immune response. Although some original research papers on the regulation of tumors by BCAAs and their metabolites have been published, a systematic review is lacking. Therefore, this review discusses the regulatory mechanisms of BCAA metabolism in cancer cells and how it affects tumor progression, providing a theoretical basis for further development of combined tumor-targeted therapies.
