Abstract: Abstract: Prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 is the rate-limiting enzyme in the biosynthesis of prostaglandins (PGs). In this paper, we briefly introduced the structure, expression, regulation mechanism of prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 gene and the relationship between this gene and reproductive performance.
