肠道菌群失调诱导的训练免疫促进动脉粥样硬化

摘 要:

动脉粥样硬化是全球范围内导致死亡和残疾的重要原因,其与代谢紊乱、炎症和免疫密切相关。肠道菌群失调导致的动脉粥样硬化与糖脂代谢紊乱、循环中脂多糖和氧化三甲胺水平升高有关。训练免疫是驱动动脉粥样硬化慢性炎症的潜在机制。现就肠道菌群失调诱导训练免疫的可能机制促进动脉粥样硬化的进展展开综述,并讨论其可能的治疗措施。

Abstract:

Atherosclerosis is the major cause of death and disability worldwide. It is closely related to metabolism disorders, inflammation and immunity. Atherosclerosis caused by dysregulation of the gut microbial is associated with dysregulation of lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism and elevated levels of circulating lipopolysaccharide and trimethylamine N-oxide. Trained immunity is a potential mechanism that drives chronic inflammation in atherosclerosis. Therefore, this article reviews the possible mechanisms by which gut microbial dysregulation induces trained immunity to promote atherosclerosis progression, and discusses its possible therapeutic measures.
