程序性死亡分子PDCD4在心血管疾病中的研究进展
摘 要:
程序性细胞死亡因子4 (programmed cell death 4, PDCD4)被认为是一种抑癌基因,主要通过影响相关基因的转录和翻译进而抑制肿瘤形成。除此之外,PDCD4 还参与调控糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗、炎症反应、氧化应激和血管内皮功能等。研究发现,PDCD4 在动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心肌梗死或缺血以及糖尿病心肌损伤等心血管疾病中发挥重要的调节作用,因此本文对PDCD4 在心血管疾病中的研究进展进行总结,以期为临床治疗心血管疾病提供参考。

Abstract:
Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) is a tumor suppressor gene, which exerts tumor suppressor function by affecting transcription and translation of related genes. In addition, PDCD4 also plays a role in glucose and lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function. In this review, we summarize the differential roles and mechanisms of PDCD4 in atherosclerosis, hypertension, myocardial infarction or ischemia, and diabetic myocardium injury, etc, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
