中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在代谢相关性脂肪肝病中的作用研究进展

摘 要:

代谢相关性脂肪肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver  disease, MAFLD) 是一类主要由多系统代谢紊乱引起的肝脏疾病,目前尚无药物上市,而其发病率却在逐年增加,通过抑制其炎症进展有利于缓解病情。而中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs) 作为先天免疫系统中的一类网状物质,其在炎症发展过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了NETs 在MAFLD 中的作用,旨在揭示其作为药物靶点的潜力,同时为MAFLD 的治疗带来新思路。

Abstract:

Metabolic associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) is a group of liver diseases mainly caused by multisystemic metabolic disorders for which no drugs are currently available, while its prevalence is increasing yearly and its palliation can be favored by inhibiting inflammatory progression. The neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), a type of reticulum in the innate immune system, play an important role in the development of inflammation. Therefore, we reviewed the role of NETs in MAFLD, aiming to reveal its potential as a drug target and bring new ideas for the treatment of MAFLD.
