JNK在神经系统疾病中的研究进展
摘 要:
c-Jun 氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase, JNK) 是哺乳动物细胞中丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(mitogenactivated protein kinase, MAPK) 家族中的重要成员,属于进化上高度保守的丝氨酸(serine, Ser)/ 苏氨酸(threonine, Thr) 蛋白激酶。它在许多生理和病理过程中发挥着重要作用,如细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和氧化应激。JNK 信号通路与多种神经系统疾病密切相关,包括癫痫、缺血后脑卒中、脑损伤、抑郁症以及多种神经退行性疾病如阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)、帕金森病(Parkinson's disease, PD)、亨廷顿氏病(Huntington's disease, HD) 和肌萎缩性侧索硬化症(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, ALS) 等。本文综述了JNK 在神经系统疾病中的作用,以期为此类疾病的防治提供更多参考。

Abstract:
c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) is an important member of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family in mammalian cells, which belongs to evolutionarily conserved serine/threonine protein kinase. It plays an important role in many physiological and pathological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and oxidative stress. JNK signaling pathway is closely related to a variety of neurological diseases, including epilepsy, post-ischemic stroke, brain injury, depression and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and so on. In this review, we summarize the research progress of JNK in neurological diseases, to provide more references for the prevention and treatment of such diseases.
