天然萝卜硫素的提取纯化及在伤口愈合中的研究进展

摘 要:

伤口愈合对维持皮肤的屏障功能以及保持所有其他皮肤功能至关重要。抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化是促进伤口愈合的三个关键途径。萝卜硫素(SFN) 具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等多种生物活性,是治疗伤口愈合的潜在药物。天然萝卜硫素提取纯化技术具有工艺简单、得率高等优势,植物提取来源的萝卜硫素在食品和药品等方面受到广泛关注。该综述整理了天然萝卜硫素的提取纯化技术并系统介绍了SFN 在伤口愈合中的作用机制,为SFN 的应用与科学研究提供借鉴。

Extraction and purification of sulforaphane and its research progress in wound healing

Abstract:

Wound healing is essential to maintain the barrier function of skin, as well as other protective properties. Antibacterial ingredients, anti-inflammatory ingredients and antioxidants are the three key ways to accelerate wound healing. Due to its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant characteristics, sulforaphane (SFN) has been considered as a potential drug for wound healing. Since the extraction and purification methods are simple and yields are high, SFN derived from natural plant has received widespread attention in food and medicine industries. In this review, we summarized the extraction and purification techniques of natural SFN, and systematically described potential mechanisms of SFN in wound healing, which will provide insights for biomedical research and application of SFN.
