牛磺酸氯胺抗病原微生物和抗炎作用研究进展

摘 要:

牛磺酸氯胺(chloramine taurine, TauCl) 是机体在炎症环境下产生的一种卤代产物,其主要由活化的中性粒细胞经髓过氧化物酶催化生成次氯酸,再进一步与胞内牛磺酸反应而合成。近年来大量研究集中在TauCl 广谱的抗病原微生物作用和对急慢性炎症的抗炎作用。该文从TauCl 的合成、杀伤病原微生物作用、抗氧化应激损伤作用和抗炎作用等方面对其进行综述,以期为将TauCl 开发成兼具抗病原微生物和抗炎作用的生物活性物质或药物提供参考。

Research progress on the anti-pathogenic microorganism and anti-inflammatory effects of chloramine taurine

Abstract:

Chloramine taurine (TauCl) is a halogenated product of activated neutrophils in an inflammatory state, which is synthesized from intracellular taurine and hypochlorous acid generated by the myeloperoxidase pathway. In recent years, a large number of studies on TauCl have mainly focused on its microbicidal effects and its anti-inflammatory activities against acute and chronic inflammations. In this paper, the research progresses of TauCl on the synthesis, pathogenic microbial killing role, the effect against oxidant stress damage and anti-inflammatory properties are reviewed. It will provide a reference for further developing TauCl as a bioactive substance or drug with both anti-pathogenic microorganism and anti-inflammatory effects.
