2023年营养健康领域发展态势

摘 要:

    营养健康一直是各国关注的核心议题。2023 年,全球主要国家( 地区) 出台了多个促进国民营养健康、保障食品安全和完善食品系统的政策规划;聚焦科学合理膳食改善营养健康,利用食品营养干预辅助疾病治疗,以及通过健康生活方式来延缓衰老等重点领域,并建立新的技术创新中心和研究所,启动新的研究项目推动该领域的科技发展。本文从科技布局与政策监管、重点领域进展与趋势、产品研发与产业发展等角度,对该领域在2023 年的进展进行系统梳理,并对领域未来的发展趋势进行展望。

Development trend of nutrition and health field in 2023

Abstract:

    Nutrition and health have consistently remained pivotal concerns for countries worldwide. In 2023, numerous countries and regions globally introduced comprehensive policy initiatives aimed at advancing national nutrition and health, ensuring food safety, and enhancing the overall food system. These initiatives prioritize fostering scientific and balanced diets to boost nutrition and health, utilizing nutritional interventions to assist in disease treatment, promoting healthy lifestyles to postpone aging, and establishing new technological innovation centers and research institutes. Additionally, new research projects have been launched to drive scientific and technological advancements. This article systematically reviews the developments in this field throughout 2023, covering aspects such as the science and technology layout, policy and regulations, advancements and trends in key areas, research and development of products, and industrial progress. Furthermore, future trends in this field are prospected.
