硫氧还蛋白系统与心血管疾病的研究进展

摘 要:

硫氧还蛋白系统是机体内最重要的氧化还原反应调节系统之一。硫氧还蛋白系统通过促进氧化还原平衡,在细胞内起到重要的保护作用。研究发现,在心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD) 患者中,硫氧还蛋白系统发生紊乱,提示硫氧还蛋白系统与CVD 密切相关。该文通过阐述硫氧还蛋白系统在CVD发生和发展中的作用,以期为CVD 的预防和治疗策略提供新的思路。

Advances in the study of thioredoxin system and cardiovascular diseases

Abstract:

The thioredoxin system is one of the most important systems regulating redox reactions in living
organisms. The thioredoxin system plays an important protective role within the cell by promoting redox homeostasis. In patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD), the thioredoxin system is disturbed, suggesting that the thioredoxin system is closely related to CVD. In this paper, we review the role of thioredoxin system in the occurrence and development of CVD, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of CVD.
